The user impersonated the Sterling Bank support team using our logo with the Twitter handle @_Agent_Joseph and defrauded a customer. Further investigation confirmed that he bought a credit card from the customer's account with the number 08100430872. Also, we observed that the number was tied to two Twitter accounts that were impersonating Sterling and had been taken down in the past. Please proceed to block the number if possible
