We are a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice the profession of real estate surveying and valuation throughout the federation. We have a clear vision to provide professional services to our clients in a uniquely responsive manner. The firm commenced business in 2001; but until recently our operations have been concentrated in Lagos and Abuja. Clients’ demand had necessitated our opening an office in Port Harcourt in Rivers State, which office has taken-off operations recently. We are, therefore, now operating from 3 main branches, namely Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. We have been involved in a wide range of consultancy jobs for both public and private sector clients; and in particular, we have undertaken a whole lot of property/asset valuation jobs for various purposes.
