Teenas farm, a family business started operations in 2017 to provide lovers of healthy food products all over the world easy access to luxurious and healthy source of processed farm produce under hygiene conditions. Our products include catfish processing, snail processing, Tiger Nut, Dates and Walnuts processing. Our smoked catfish is hand processed, eviscerated (gutted) and seasoned under strict hygiene conditions. It is dried using the Federal Institute of Industrial Research Oshodi (FIRO) smoking kiln which is a super-efficient charcoal powered brick and aluminum kilns. The machine is built with fin-like ribs that channel smoke from charcoal away from the fish upwards to a chimney hence it produces a near 98% smoke-free dry fish experience compared to the firewood kiln.
