R-LAW STRAUSS & CO. is a firm of legal practitioners with central office in Lagos and associate firms in Abuja, Ibadan and Akure in Nigeria. Our firm was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in December, 2012. We commenced business as general legal practitioners trading in the name and style of Opeyemi Afeni & Co which was founded by the Lead Partner. By virtue of a new partnership which was consummated in January, 2014, the firm was re-registered and named R-Law Strauss & Co. Our firm, as required by law, is also registered with Special Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCUML) of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. Over the few years we have been in practice, we have come to carve a niche in corporate legal practice, property law practice and commercial law practice. Our services include giving legal opinions to companies, institutions, non-profit organisations, schools and individuals on diverse areas of law. We also act as company secretaries and legal advisers to corporate bodies. In addition to the foregoing, we offer legal services involving leases, searches, stamping and registration etc. We also handle matters involving copyright, patents and trademarks.
