In September 2001, Qmed Diagnostic Centre was born. The first centre was opened in Surulere, the second in Victoria Island, Our Vision from the start has been to provide diagnostic services to our clients. The "Q" in our name represent our core trait of QUEST..... a relentless pursuit of answers. We have been able to create a new brand by optmising the synergy between clinical and diagnostic medicine and focusing our services. Our staff comprise doctors and laboratory scientists working with mordern equipments and driven by our corporate passion for quality. At QMED Diagnostics we offer the following: Medical Laboratory Test: Laboratory testing of body fluids e.g blood, urine, stool, semen etc. Tests such as full blood count, malaria parasite, kidney and liver function and many more. Blood Banking: We screen, store and distribute blood for transfusion in many centres. Every blood we store is screened with our ELISA machine as well as at the Lagos State Screening Show more centre. Pre-employment medical: Screening for prospective employees to help establish candidate's state of health and suitability for employment. Intra-employment medicals: Routine health checks for staff and family. Food Handlers' Test: Tests for disease transmitted faeco-orally. To prevent transmission from food handlers to consumer.
