Landmark Centre (Owerri)

Landmark Centre is comprised of two halls. The main has 2230sqm of event space and 520sqm of conference/meeting rooms. Hall 2, inaugurated in January 2017, has 1,452sqm of additional exhibition/event space. The Centre now provides a total of over 4,200 m2 of flexible event space making it an ideal destination for any sized occasion. This entire space is sub-dividable and can be configured into separate venues for smaller exhibitions, banquets for conferences.

Our venue is built with simplicity and ease of use. Power connections are provided at 8m intervals throughout the halls through a unique underground electrical cabling network. Both the ceilings and floors of the Exhibition Hall have been designed to accommodate heavy industrial or commercial exhibits and car shows with a large roller shutter door for vehicle access to the hall grounds.

Landmark Centre also has up to four green rooms that have been built on both ends of the hall to serve as rooms for changing, bridal preparation, organizer offices and concert backstage areas.
