Born in Ughelli, he hails from Edjekota-Ogor, Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State of Nigeria. He speaks Urhobo, English, and Nigerian Pidgin language fluently. Fair complexioned, he is presently of about 172.5cm in height and weighs about 65kg. Mr. Israel read Electrical/Electronic Engineering at the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. Israel is a Christian, and orphaned. His leadership acumen came by no fluke because he served as the Headboy when attending secondary school. Further, he has gone through several trainings like computer operation and engineering, film acting and scriptwriting (under Nollywood Film Director Frank Vaughan et al), GSM recharge voucher printing, lifting and handling technique, etc. He has a collection of about 70 unpublished poems, a handful of marketable proses and film scripts, having featured as “Mr. Lecturer” in a so far one and only movie, Heartless Mission that was directed by Ralph Ogbaje. He had worked as a seismic technician, amongst others, presently a broadcast engineer, and is married. His hobbies include football spectatorship, reading and writing - prose, poetry, film acting and scriptwriting.
