Ibn Taymiyya Islamic Centre

Ibn Taymiyya Islamic Centre (I. I. C.) is an Islamic Centre established in 2012 by the community of Ahlussunnah in Daguru-Maje to provide an impetus in the research and propagation of Islam as taught by the Prophet (SAW). The Centre, when completed, will include an ultra-modern Friday Mosque, a state of the art Research Library, an equipped modern study rooms and a shopping mall. Construction is still ongoing (and all forms of donations toward its completion will be appreciated). Our Vission: Repositioning the Ummah materially and spiritually. Our Vission: Creating the true Servants of Allah who are pleased with Allah and with whom Allah is pleased. Aims & Objectives: • To serve as a platform befitting for Da’awah: calling unto Islam via wisdom and beautiful preaching. • To provide the Ummah with abundant Islamic knowledge along with western education, through formal learning, research and propagation. • To sanitize the Ummah via the projection of the ideal Islamic Show more culture: enjoying the good and forbidding the vice, through the teachings of the Qur’an and the Sunnah. • To build the Ummah by building its youth through skill acquisition and capacity development. • To foster unity among Muslims and to encourage peaceful co-existence between them and followers of other religions. • To complement the effort of government at the lower level through community development projects. • To serve Allah by serving humanity through the provision of humanitarian services. And we are a corporate body registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission, under the Nigerian law (CAMA), as an Incorporated Trustee with RC Number: CAC/IT/NO 99999).
