Everyday Group of Company Limited is a conglomeration of all business ventures initiated by the entrepreneurial zeal of its founder Dr. Charles Dimnwaobi.
The Group was incorporated on the 17th of June 2003, with the aim of providing diversified services to the Nigerian economy. This diversification is represented through our subsidiaries that came under the holding authority of the Everyday Group. The subsidiaries includes:

Everyday Supamarket Nig. Ltd.

Everyday Supamarket Nigeria Limited was incorporated in 1997. It holds the core business of the Everyday Group, providing unique shopping experience to the general public. Everyday started as Charley’s Everyday Supermarket at Plot 945A Olu Obasanjo/Onne Road GRA, Port Harcourt in 1994 as a neighborhood corner store. Today we have five operational Branches in Port Harcourt-Rivers State and Owerri-Imo State, with two locations coming up before the end of 2018. These are exclusive of the operational Franchise Stores also in PHC. We have been vision driven since inception, hence our persistent pursuit of excellence in our choice of locations, infrastructural appeal, branding, general shop layout and customer care. For these reasons, we employ only staffs that have been thoroughly screened with the right qualifications, character and are willing to share in our vision.

Everyday Check-Inn Ltd.

Everyday Check-Inn which was incorporated in 2010 as our hospitality arm. It is presently located at our corporate headquarters in the GRA section of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
In furtherance to our strides towards excellence, our hotel is exquisitely furnished with state of the art fittings and furniture, functional elevator, well equipped gym, and conference hall comparable to any hotel of its caliber anywhere in the world. We boast of the best meals in our restaurant and a serene VIP Bar fully with assorted drinks for you enjoyment

Dimarine Nig. Ltd.

Dimarine Nigeria Limited which was incorporated on the 9th of October 1991 and is the real estate arm of the Everyday Group.

Mexan Telecom Services

Mexan Telecom Services incorporated on the 14th of January 2002 was established to take advantage of the then emerging telecom sector of the Nigerian economy and has a Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Liesence.

Mexan Nigeria limited

Mexan Nigeria limited was incorporated on the 5th of October 2001 and is franchise holder of the world brand Mexan Security Doors and Gadgets. It also functions as the import and export arm of the group.
