Edumarine and Services Limited was formed to provide high quality services to both Marine, Oil/Gas and Underwater Industries, is an indigenously owned company engaged in diversified technical/marine activities. Edumarine and Services Limited is registered under the Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the Companies and Allied Matters, decree 1990 on 23rd February, 2010 with RC 871628. But before its full registration as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), Edumarine has been operating for the past 10 years under OBICHI & BROS RESOURCES. As the politics of the Government of Nigeria shifted toward the development of the power/ oil and Gas sectors, the company, being a dynamic entity has to also diversity into these sectors. In order to meet the challenges of the country’s power requirement due to its diversified growth in the industrial, commercial and urbanized sectors, Edumarine and Services Limited offered its Diving Services to Show more several notable corporate bodies e.g. Halliburton Energy Services, Chevron, Agip, PPMC, Conoil, Gadtech Pan Ocean, Addax Petroleum, Power Holding, NPA, Zenon, SPOG and Government parastatals.
