Early Life school was founded by Chief and Chief (Mrs.) I. O. Nwokeji. It started on 9th January, 1989 with the Nursery and Primary section. Due to impressive facilities in the school as well as the quality of the teachers and graduands, both the Nursery and Primary school got approval from the Lagos State Ministry of Education on 26th July, 1989.
After a period of excellent performance by the Primary pupils in First School Leaving Certificate Examination State Common Entrance Examination and Federal Government Entrance Examination to Unity Schools, the dynamic and proactive founders, Chief and Mrs. I. O. Nwokeji decided to establish the secondary arm of Early Life School, which started in July, 1994.
