Development Alternatives and Resource Center (DARC) is a capacity development organization dedicated to helping people achieve success in all they do. DARC has a "Skills 4 Success program" established to provide in-center, online and in-company training on a wide range of interpersonal and business skills. Our well-designed courses are of high quality to ensure positive results. DARC also offers technical assistance, institutional program improvement and consultancies. We are also affiliated to the Ford Foundation through Grants received from its West Africa office, Ikoyi, Lagos.
