OUR EDGE: TRAINING: The menace of poorly trained office support staff, Janitors and Security Operatives has over the years continued to be a big challenge to various organization, from lateness to work, poor corporate culture, pilfer, discussion of tips etc, the story is virtually the same. And to some organizations, outsourcing seems not to have worked. To curtail this menace and to a large extent forestall it, CHOGON facilities have set up an ACADEMY at our Ikeja office where we train our operatives. For us it is a serious business, no operative no matter the job responsibilities is deployed to site without going through at least one month intensive training. SUPERVISION: To ensure a smooth take off of a janitor at a site, we deploy supervisors who do body training with the janitors and thereafter depending on the size of the site a supervisor is permanently deployed to work along with the operatives. In addition to daily supervision, we also have key account managers who at least twice a week visit a site for quality assurance/ control purposes. We have painstakingly developed a checklist with which the supervisors and Key Account Managers work with which can also be crossed checked by the client representative at intervals. To ensure efficient and prompt communication 24/7, we maintain a toll-free line with all our staff and also have a dedicated service line for client’s complaints and enquiry. WASTE EVACUATION: In line with our corporate social responsibility of ensuring clean and healthy environment and in line with the government provisions, we have an established relationship with LAWMA Management and its Franchisees at every of our locations, cost is however per waste disposal. We however ensure prompt and efficient service.
